How does an infrared sauna work and why it is becoming the most on demand wellness products?

The infrared rays penetrate the skin's deepest layers much more deeply and locally than the heating system in a traditional Finnish sauna.

An infrared sauna resembles a conventional Finnish sauna in appearance but lacks a heater Heatly, instead featuring strategically placed infrared lamps within the cabin to maximize skin benefits.

This method targets localized heating with Infrared Lightwave, reaching depths of up to 5mm into the subcutaneous tissues. It is highly recommended for the muscular pains and in the treatment of bones pathologies. Similar to the Finnish sauna, the infrared sauna is beneficial for skin cleansing, stress relief, and immune system strengthening.

In contrast, a Finnish sauna heats peridotite rocks using a heater to generate temperatures of up to 90°C, diffusing heat throughout the cabin. In contrast, infrared lamps directly heat specific areas of the skin, with cabin air typically reaching temperatures of 40- 60°C.
